Youth Intervention Services

 Our Youth Intervention Services provide at-risk youth with the guidance, mentorship, and resources they need to make positive life choices and avoid the criminal justice system. Through a holistic, faith-based approach, we address the root causes of delinquency, offering structured support that fosters personal growth, responsibility, and resilience. 

1. Early Intervention & Risk Assessment – We identify challenges such as family instability, academic struggles, behavioral issues, and substance use to develop a personalized support plan.
    
2. Mentorship & Positive Role Models – Youth are paired with mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability to help them navigate life’s challenges.
    
3. Life Skills & Workforce Readiness – We equip young individuals with essential skills such as conflict resolution, decision-making, financial literacy, and job training to set them up for success.
    
4. Family Strengthening & Support – By working closely with families, we help rebuild relationships, improve communication, and create a stable home environment.
