Pretrial Diversion Program

Our Pretrial Diversion Program offers an alternative path to incarceration for first-time and non-violent offenders, giving them the opportunity to take accountability, complete structured programming, and reintegrate into society without the long-term consequences of a criminal record. Through faith-based guidance, education, and life skills development, we help participants make positive changes that prevent future offenses.

Key Program Components:

🔹 Accountability & Life Skills – Participants engage in structured courses focusing on decision-making, conflict resolution, and personal responsibility.
🔹 Workforce Readiness – Career training, job placement assistance, and financial literacy to promote self-sufficiency.
🔹 Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Support – Access to assessments, counseling, and treatment referrals for those in need.
🔹 Community Service & Mentorship – Encouraging positive community involvement through volunteer opportunities and faith-based mentorship.
🔹 Family Reconciliation – Strengthening support systems through counseling and coaching to help rebuild relationships.

How Our Pretrial Diversion Program Works

Step 1: Referral & Eligibility Assessment

  • Participants are referred by the District Attorney’s Office, court system, or legal representatives.
  • Eligibility is determined based on offense type, criminal history, and willingness to comply with program requirements.

Step 2: Individualized Program Plan

  • Upon acceptance, each participant undergoes an initial assessment to identify their specific needs, including substance abuse support, job readiness, financial literacy, and behavioral health counseling.
  • A customized plan is created, outlining required courses, community service hours, and mentorship expectations.

Step 3: Program Participation & Compliance

  • Participants engage in a combination of educational workshops, life skills training, community service, and faith-based mentorship to address underlying issues and promote positive change.
  • Regular check-ins, progress reports, and compliance monitoring ensure accountability.

Step 4: Completion & Case Resolution

  • Upon successful completion, participants may have their charges dismissed, reduced, or sealed, depending on their agreement with the court.
  • Graduates leave the program with enhanced skills, restored confidence, and a strong support system to help them maintain a productive, law-abiding lifestyle.

Our Approach: Redemption & Restoration
We believe that one mistake shouldn’t define a person’s future. Through our faith-based, holistic approach, we empower individuals to break free from negative cycles, make better choices, and step into a brighter future with purpose and dignity.
