 MSHG was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their life with dignity and purpose. After years of working as a case manager and seeing firsthand the challenges individuals face upon reentering society, our founder, Scottie Fountain, recognized a gap in services that truly address the comprehensive needs of justice-involved individuals. MSHG was created to bridge that gap—providing structured support, resources, and guidance to help men reintegrate successfully into their communities.
