Post-Incarceration Support Program

Our Post-Incarceration Support Program is designed to help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully transition back into society through a structured, faith-based approach. By addressing critical areas such as employment, housing, behavioral health, and family reunification, we provide the tools and support needed to reduce recidivism and promote long-term stability. Through mentorship, job readiness training, substance abuse support, and life coaching, we empower participants to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Our Post-Incarceration Support Program follows a structured, step-by-step process to ensure a smooth transition from incarceration to independent living.
